Reverse osmosis and the polishing stages behind it produce the purified water grades the process needs, with antiscalant matched to the feedwater, membrane care and cleaning, and performance normalised and reported so a fouling trend is caught early.
Utility water that never stops the line
Boiler steam, cooling and process water treated as production-critical systems — scale, corrosion and microbiological control, with Legionella managed to SANS 893 where evaporative cooling is present.
Effluent & compliance
Effluent programmes designed against the site’s discharge limits under DWS requirements, with the monitoring and records a regulated manufacturer needs to demonstrate compliance.
